At Dormeo USA, we want you to experience the best sleep of your life, which is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all our Octasmart mattresses and toppers. If you are not completely satisfied within this period, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your peace of mind.

Initial 30-Night Adjustment

We ask that you sleep on your new Dormeo product for at least 30 nights to allow your body to fully adjust to the patented Octaspring technology before initiating a return.

Contact Support

If you still wish to return your item after the 30-night trial, contact our Customer Care team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Shipment

Package your item securely and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box; for mattress returns, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling center for pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once your return is processed or your donation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
